Vintage 1920s Art Deco silver nappy pin featuring the word 'Baby' surrounded by beautiful cobalt blue enamel. The pin would have originally been used as a decorative nappy pin although it can be worn as a brooch. On the underside of the brooch the piece is stamped 'SILVER'.

Enamel is powdered glass which is heated to a very high temperature, as the powder melts it flows and solidifies.
